Forms Management Services
Datapro Business Forms and Eformsplus will implement a forms management system to effectively manage your company's forms. We will first review the current forms situation and after analysis will design and implement a solution. We will then monitor the solution's efficiency and provide your company with a report on your savings.

Step 1: Analysis
First we will conduct a forms survey, sorting and categorizing all your forms. Next we gather historical data on each form and use this information to set up a form library.

Step 2: Solution Design & Implementation
We will ensure that all forms have form numbers and form dates. Then we will develop cross reference indexes and perform forms analysis. As needed we will eliminate, combine, standardize, improve, or update all your forms. We will provide layouts and proofs for all new or redesigned forms. An inventory system providing detailed computerized reports of all forms activity will be implemented. We will create a forms ordering system requiring all projects and printing requests to be properly authorized.

Step 3: Monitoring the Solution
We will provide printed forms on a timely basis, while making sure that the most practical and economical quantities of forms are ordered. We will print out computerized reports of possible order combinations that will further ensure cost savings in forms ordering. Quarterly reports of all forms activities and cost savings will also be printed.
